Its been awhile...

Wow. It has been a couple months since I last posted. A lot has changed. Masyn and I are now living in Ridgecrest, CA. Jon is still in Colorado. Masyn couldnt start kindergarten there because his birthday fell 18 days after the cut off date =/ So here we are back in Ridgecrest and Masyn is enrolled in school here and is LOVING every minute! Here is a few pictures since I have last posted. We have made 2 Disneyland trips since coming home and have annual passes now "smile" =)

It was such a nice day that after our errands Masyn went outside to roller-blade. =)

Masyn's Spring Break

My poor little guy was so sick! It started on March 11, 2011. We went to urgent care because he had a temp of 103! He was so lethargic, said his throat hurt, and croup he was just plain sick. The Dr. said he had the flu and croup and gave him Tami-Flu and steroids to clear his cough up. Well the following Monday we were at the ER because he wasn't any better. He wasn't sleeping well so that meant I wasn't sleeping well either. The ER Dr said he had bronchitis and prescribed antibiotics and Tylenol with codeine to help him sleep. He was good a couple days after that. Saturday came and he was puking. He would puke off and on all day and then Sunday the same thing. Well Monday he hadn't peed since Sunday afternoon. So I took him to the Dr. The Dr immediately put him in the hospital because he was severely dehydrated. Said we should be out the next day. Well we spent 4 long days in the hospital. He ended up having 80+ key tones in his urine and a normal person shouldn't have any! So they put another IV in him (because the first one came out =(  ) and we stayed another night. They next morning they checked his urine and the key tones were gone! We could go home!! FINALLY!! I am blessed to have a great Dr. that takes care of us though! So that is how Masyn spent his spring break off school! Thank god he didn't miss school though! He was so excited to go back to school and tell all his buddies about his 8 needle pokes he got =) he was so brave!

Grandma Came to visit

My mom lives in Ridgecrest, CA and doesn't get to come out to Pueblo, CO very often. We enjoy her company when she does come though. Masyn sure does love his grandma! Here are some pictures of our week together!
